Ingredients for the keftedes: 700 gr minced meat (beef), 2 grated onions, 2 thick slices of yesterday's bread (soaked and drained), 1 grated fresh tomato, 1 handfull of parsley (chopped), 1 teaspoon dry or fresh spearmint, 1 egg, salt & pepper, olive oil + olive oil for frying.
