INGREDIENTS
Strawberries
Honey
1 roll of puff pastry
Egg for brushing
Powdered sugar
METHOD
1. Cut the strawberries lengthwise and set aside.
2. Pour 6 drizzles of honey on top of the baking paper and spread a little with a spoon.
3. Place strawberry slices on top of each drizzle of honey and add a splash of honey on top.
4. Unroll the puff pastry on the cutting board and cut it into rectangle slices.
5. Place a rectangle of puff pastry on top of each batch of strawberries and press the edges down well with your fingers.
6. Brush the tarts with egg and transfer them to the oven. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 15 minutes.
7. Serve them and decorate them with powdered sugar.
