Blueberry Cobbler using Canned Blueberries
Swift and Delicious Recipe
Ingredients:
● 1 can (21 oz.) of blueberry pie filling
● 1 stick of butter
● 1 cup milk
● 1 cup flour
● 1 teaspoon salt
● 2 teaspoons baking powder
● 1 cup sugar
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. In a 13”X9” baking dish, add the stick of butter and place it in the oven just until melted—usually less than 5 minutes.
3. In a separate bowl, combine milk, flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar. Mix well.
4. Carefully pour the batter into the center of the baking dish over the melted butter. Refrain from stirring.
5. Gently spoon the blueberry pie filling over the batter. While you shouldn’t stir, feel free to nudge the blueberries to spread them evenly.
6. Bake for approximately 30 minutes. If you prefer a crisper topping, you can bake a little longer.
