SINAMPALUKANG MANOK RECIPE (TAMARIND CHICKEN SOUP)
Chicken (Half-medium size)
1 tbs Ginger
1/2 tbs Mince garlic
1 whole onion
1 knorr chicken cube
1 tbs fish sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 cups
Bok choy
Spring Onion
Chili
COOKING PROCEDURE
Saute ginger, garlic and onion (one at a time) cook until turns brown
Then put the chicken saute until turns brown
Put fish sauce, cover and let it simmer for 5 mins then put the pepper
Wait until the liquid from the meat get absorbed then put water, chicken cube, salt
Let it boil for 10 mins. then put the tamarind mix powder and the bok choy, chili, spring onion
