Ingredients:
4cups - Flour
1tsp - Baking Powder
1tsp - Salt
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Onion
2 cloves of Garlic
1/2 cup Milk.
Oil For Frying

Add salt, baking powder, nut meg to flour and mix.
Add butter to flour and mixed as well.
Add blended onions and garlic and mix.
Add milk or water and knead to it form a dough. Add it little by little to your desired texture.
Divide dough into workable size and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Roll dough on your rolling bord or mat using your rolling pin until you get a thin layer of your choice
Cut dough into stripes using pizza cutter, scissor, knife etc.
Cut stripes into smaller pieces.
Add oil to your frying pan and let it warm up
Add chips to hot oil and fry until golden brown.
Serve this to your guest or at your party with soft drinks.
