Here's how to make the BEST, most DELICIOUS, most NUTRITIOUS gluten free, vegan pizza dough I've ever tasted! This gluten free pizza not only tastes amazing, it's packed with nutrition. It's super high in plant based protein, vitamin E, manganese, magnesium, and other minerals, as well as heart healthy omega 3 fats. The final product is like a beautifully seasoned focaccia flat bread with your favorite pizza toppings.
The recipe is fairly simple to make (it's a no yeast pizza dough) and takes about an hour from start to finish - from making the dough, to adding toppings and pulling a ready to eat pizza from the oven.
The ingredient list is given in the video, but I've included it here for simplicity. It makes about 10-12 healthy sized slices.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond flour
1 cup GF flour blend (I use Bob's Redmill Gluten Free 1 to 1 baking flour which is the best I've tried, but feel free to experiment with your fav blend)
1/3 cup ground flaxseed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp each of basil, sage, oregano, fennel, garlic powder
1Tbsp coconut sugar
1Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup water
