Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses whether or not the ATF can just show up at your home and demand to inspect your firearms, in particular, firearms with attached stabilizing braces. And if you have thrown some of those firearms into the amnesty registration pool, does that provide ATF with additional authority to inspect the firearms? While many believe that if you own NFA regulated firearm that ATF can just show up, unannounced, and ask to inspect your guns. But can they really do that?
