Lauren: Hi, I'm Lauren Bethell.
David: And I'm David Greene.
Lauren: And we did the CMI level three coaching and mentoring course here at Whyy? Change.
David: For me, it was a fantastic experience, not having done any coaching mentoring in the past, and it allowed me to go back to work and really straight away start using it. We get a lot of apprentices, so using it with those, and that's led to a slight change in my role in the new year.
Lauren: And we also did some coaching on each other during the course. And that really helped to build that skill, the skills and the confidence that we needed to take it back to our workplace.
David: Yeah, the practical tests were really, really good and that helped into and took it into real work situation.
