The Russian Market district, more commonly known as Toul Tompoung, is one of the best neighborhoods in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. A lot of expats call Toul Tom Poung their home, but tourists also make their way there - many in search of souvenirs at the Russian Market. This video will give you all the details you need to know to conquer the market; where everything is, how to shop for name brand clothing, how to barter, and more. Plus I'll share with you my favorite restaurants to grab breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I'll show you a cafe and a bar that are both hard to find, but are amazing for people watching with views across the market streets.
