This EP is a selection of songs I made over a period of 6 years. During these years I experienced heavy inner conflict. I became aware I was constantly lying to myself. Everything I was doing, every decision I ever made was based on trying to get accepted and approved. Once I realised what I was doing, I started my path of self-(re)discovery. Each song was made during a moment of insight or during a moment of purely being. That's why I called the EP "In Theory". I had the knowledge to love and take care of myself, but it stayed theory. Nothing ever happened with that knowledge. With this EP I am finally making a change. I am putting theory into practice.
