Three more ships resumed passenger service on Thursday: Enchantment of the Seas, Norwegian Pearl, and Zuiderdam. Citing capacity control, Royal Caribbean closes all new cruise bookings through early January. Viking has taken delivery of its first expedition ship, Viking Octantis.
