What is the difference between a slash chord and a chord inversion?

Quite simple!

- A chord inversion is when the lowest note or the bass note, is not the fundamental of your chord, but another note of your chord

- A slash chord is a chord that has any other note than the fundamental as the lowest note. It can be any note, even a note outside your chord that is added.

- It means that all chord inversions are slash chords, but not all slash chords are inversions.

In this video, I am talking about the differences between both, showing some examples of inversions and slash chords and giving you some shapes and ideas on how to create your own inversions or slash chords.
