When you first read the law of the sin offering and the trespass offering in Leviticus 6:24-7:10 it seems like it is just a repeat of those offerings from earlier chapters of Leviticus. The difference is that God is establishing a law. That law is that the priest should eat from those offerings. This is how the priest were fed throughout the day.
