Hey Legion, welcome to the Miami Valley Centre Mall! This place survived for decades under the same ownership, only beginning to fail during the 2010's when the retail market was becoming over saturated with giant strip malls, and mortgages defaulting after the recession in the late 2000's. The mall eventually fell into the hands of Mike Kohan, which is usually a death sentence, but Miami Valley survived! It was sold to a new set of owners who are now bringing the mall back to its former glory, and I can't wait to see how well this place does!
