Held annually since 1982, 6/21, the Summer Solstice, is La Fête de la Musique, the World Music Day festival. It is celebrated in France & many other nations around the world. On this day, musicians of every genre are encouraged to perform in public throughout all of France.

On June 21st, 2003, Alizée was part of a truly epic performance of light & sound when she performed her hit song, J'ai Pas Vingt Ans, in front of a huge crowd of over 200,000 in the Champs de Mar of Paris. This day would be blessed with perfect weather and, as an added bonus, the City of Lights featured the eternal Eiffel Tower in the background, complete with her new sparkling lights.

This dazzling performance is recognized by many fans as one of their all-time favorites, including myself. Alizée has never looked better, & it really shows in the energy & excitement of the audience.

Truly unmatched in both scope & pageantry, we all wish that we could have been there to experience the moment!
