The Ruger American has become one of the most popular hunting rifles in years and for good reason: it has everything you need and nothing you don’t in a very affordable package while maintaining a great reputation for accuracy and reliability.

It also comes chambered in all the popular calibers. This particular Ruger American is in 6.5 Creedmoor, which I needed to do ballistics gel tests in future videos.
