Panna Cotta:
serves 1-2 persons
Ingredients:
1/4 cup+ 1/2 cup cream fresh
1 tsp Gelatin
1.5 tbsp water
4 tbsp cold milk
2 tbsp sugar or as desired
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
In a sauce pan add cream, sugar, vanilla extract and bloomed gelatin, stir all ingredients until sugar and gelatin dissolves.Do not boil cream at all otherwise it separates oil and do not over cook cream also.just warm cream until all ingredients well combines and there is no sugar and gelatin granules at all.remove from heat and add cold milk and mix well.now strained into a heat resistant bowl and release bubbles if there are any.put in fridge for 6-8 hours/overnight.
before serving put bowl in hot water for 15-20 seconds only, release edges gently with paring knife and gently glide over plate served with berries or as per your choice of fruits.
