Geo talked about his character, Zhou Zhen, in 'Love Around'. He's never acted in a gangster role before this. So he's found this role to be something fresh. Geo felt that ZZ's a normal person with a different background. Just like everyone else, when he wanted love, he had to pursue it. But because ZZ came from a gangster backgound, people regarded him as very dangerous and wanted to keep a distance from him. That was actually not so. Zhou Da Kuan, ZZ's dad, had already left the underworld a long time ago. Sadly, his past gangster notoriety stubbornly stuck on, causing others to misunderstand him. At this point, Geo asked the viewers to take note of what would happen next in the story.

Candidly, Geo admitted that in this series, just as we were expecting sparks to ignite, whatever were there quickly fizzled out - as ZZ-LXS parted at this point. Straight from Geo's mouth 'There aren't sparks to really look forward to.' But since he and Nini have already collaborated in 2 series, Geo felt there's still chemistry between them.

Geo also said that as an actor, there'd of course be pressure felt about how well the series is received by the viewers. However, more important is that the actor does his homework well on the character he is to portray - that is where the real pressure lies. So when Geo accepted the role of ZZ, he did look at what gangsters are like. He's found them to be ordinary people living their lives. On the reception of the show, of course Geo would like a good response. He ended by asking the viewers to watch 'Love Around' on E City Starhub TV (for Singaporean viewers).
