Originally, the Expo 2020 was supposed to take place in 2020 – hence the name. But due to the Covid-19 pandemic, this was no longer possible. The Expo was officially opened
in October 2021 and runs until March 2022.

Did you know? Ever since the first World Exposition took place in London in 1851, the Expos have been an opportunity for an exchange and presentation of ideas and inventions between countries.
