By popular demand, the HEXBUG team is breaking down how to pair your four channel remote. We know it can be a little confusing, but that’s why we’re here to make this process as clear as your AquaBot fish tank. The steps are simple: Set, Turn, Power, and Press.

Set your remote to a different channel than the other remotes.
Turn your back to the other bots and remotes.
Power on your bot.
Press an input on your remote to pair that bot to that channel.

Remember: once a bot is powered on, the first input that it receives is what channel it will pair to, so it’s important that you follow each step. That means you have to watch out for sneaky control freaks who want to take control of your bot!

This process of pairing the remotes works with any HEXBUG four channel remote systems. That includes BattleBots, Robotic Soccer, Battle Ground, and more!
