Table Top Pose is a great pose to add in to your practice to strengthen your arms, shoulders and wrists as well as waking up your core. Try out these variations to bring in some body conditioning to prepare for and strengthen your Chaturunga.
You can add this short sequence in to the beginning of your yoga practice or do it on its own for a quick fix when you need more energy and grounding in your day.
This is particularly great if you have been stuck at your computer for too long! Stop. Drop. And yoga! 😜
