My daughter, Margot, and I make our first pizza in our Ooni Karu 16 tabletop pizza oven. We used a great recipe from Mike Essen posted to the pizzamaking.com forums in a thread titled “Essen1’s NY-style pizza project.” Cooked with the Ooni hardwood (oak) fuel.
