In this video, I want to explain what you need to know about Hashimoto's thyroiditis. 

What is Hashimoto's thyroiditis?
Hashimoto's is a type of thyroid problem. It's a hypothyroid problem, but it's a different type. Hashimoto's thyroiditis is actually an immune issue.  

With cortisol, you get a lowering of the entire immune system. There is a huge connection between stress and immune deficiency issues. Immune problems like Hashimoto's thyroiditis typically start after a stress event. The stress event sets up a weakness within the adrenal, lowering the immune system, and your body starts attacking itself. This keeps the thyroid inflamed. 

What to do:

1. Take 10,000 IUs of vitamin D3 with 100 micrograms of vitamin K2

2. Take 500 mg of cod liver oil 

3. Take Thytrophin PMG
