Easy to make hand kneaded hot dog buns. The dough can be used to make burger buns as well.

450g (3 ½ cup) – all-purpose flour
110ml (½ cup) – water 110ml (½ cup) – milk
12g (1 tbsp) – sugar
½ tsp – salt
6g (2 tsp) – instant yeast (or active dry yeast)
1 egg
30g (2 tbsp) – butter (soft)
Store these buns in an airtight container or zip-top bag for up to 3 days at room temperature or longer in the fridge.
