The sudachi and the yuzu are both very young, so this is their first harvest. It's not a lot, but I finally got to taste sudachi and yuzu. They are still very small trees, but they are in ground, and should be cold hardy to my zone (8b). The other citrus that are not cold hardy enough to be in ground are in containers so they can be moved during the winter months. Both sudachi and yuzu are very good. My partner and I both preferred the yuzu on flavor alone, but sudachi has fewer seeds. I would say that yuzu is strongly reminiscent of a lemon, and sudachi is strongly reminiscent of a lime, although they have their own unique teste profile.
