2 Cup/350 Grams Soaked Basmati Rice
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Black Cardamom
3 Cloves
2 Green Cardamom
8-10 Black Pepper
As required Water
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
2 Lemon Slice
As per taste Salt
For Prepare the Gravy
1 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Oil + 1 tbsp Oil
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
4 Medium Size Onions
1/4 tsp Salt
7-8 Cashew Nuts
2 Inches Fresh Peeled Ginger
1 Green Chilli
1/2 Cup Fresh Curd
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
1 tbsp Biryani Masala
1/2 tsp Kitchen King Masala
1 Cup or as required Water
200 grams Boiled Vegetables (Cauliflower, Carrot, French Beans, Green Peas)
For Assamble Biryani
1 tbsp Ghee
As required Biryani Masala
As required Fresh Mint Leaves
As required Chopped Coriander Leaves
As required Fried Onions/Birasto
As required Saffron Milk
Serve it hot with Raita
