VIVOBAREFOOT Review: Primus Lite II Bio | My New Favourite Gym Shoe?
For the last 3 months I have been wearing the Primus Lite II Bio from VIVOBAREFOOT everyday in the gym and quite honestly, I'm pleasantly surprised. I have always preferred to be barefoot whether I'm walking or training, but had never taken the plunge into barefoot territory before due to a lack of education on the matter. Vivobarefoot being a B corporation Ceritified Company was also a little nudge to give them a try. It's nice to see a company working to be as sustainable and environmentally friendly as they can be whilst still turning a profit.
The shoes have a number of pros and cons that I will talk about in this video but the TLDR is that I'm impressed and for MOST gym work, these are great. They aren't for everyone or everything, but they do a great job.
