This video came up in my instagram and i had to react because the information is absolutely not correct. You start in that position but you dont keep that position !!! I have seen other videos of him which are good but i hope to get a good conversation about this one because the explanation of every stroke has changed except for THE VOLLEYwhich is still the explanation of 50 years ago ( firm wrist, rackethead above the wrist , contact above the wrist, bending more the knees , extending to target , stay on the left side , step in, step forward , etc etc )
