ngredients:
2 Kg Duck
Spices- 2 tablespoon of grounded Cumin, Coriander Powder and star anised
200 gram Potato
1 Average sized Onion
Tomato- According to your taste
Ginger- According to your taste
Garlic- According to your taste
Chilly- According to your taste but I used 4 king chilly and powdered chilly for looks
Salt- According to your taste
Turmeric Powder- According to your taste
Steps-
Fry the finely cut onion until it turns brownish, then add garlic and ginger paste along with some spices. When it turns golden brown, add the duck and tomato to firm up the duck and salt to extract the meat juice. Fry until all the juice dries up. While frying, soak chili, spices, and a small amount of ginger, garlic, and onion in a bowl. When the juice has dried up, add the potato and the mixture from the bowl. When it boils and starts to simmer, add some water. Simmer until the gravy thickens or reaches your desired consistency. Add some cilantro. Eat it with steamed rice to enhance the taste.
