you need at least level 20 and 10 points of perks. at least 10 or 15 into one of the attributes. This video I take example TECH tree. save your game test it out once you learn the rhythm you will do it your own way.

step 3: fill HEALTH FREAK (2)
FAST FAST FAST !!!!
step 4: refund BOLT (3)
step 5: refund HEALTH FREAK (2)
step 6: refund GLUTTON FOR WAR (1)

repeat
that will give you 1 perk extra every time you finish one cycle
it goes like this, put in 3 - 1 - 2 then take out 3 - 2 - 1 do it fast.
