I decided to challenge myself to meditate for 10 minutes a day for a month, without any apps or guides.
There were two main reasons why I wanted to try this out: I wanted to push myself to do something consistently and also I wanted to do something positive for my mental health. For even as little as 10 minutes had a profound effect on me.
Truly a fascinating experience, I'm surprised at my takeaways and I highly recommend to anyone that is interested in meditation!
