10 Days of Easy Asian Recipes. Day 6/10 Beef Tomato 🍅 Stir Fry.
Hi, I’m Harris (Cooking with Mr. International on Youtube) for those who don’t know me. I created a 10 Day Series of Simple, Quick & Easy Asian Recipes for you guys.
This is another go to favorites of mines. When I get bored and don’t know what to make for Dinner! This Tomato 🍅 Beef 🥩 Stir Fry always hit the Spot 🔥.
Recipe 👇🏻
Ingredient list:
1 lbs of beef thinly sliced (beef chuck roast)
1 cup diced tomato 🍅
1 cup sliced yellow onions 🧅
1 cup chopped green onions
2 tbs minced garlic 🧄
1/2 cup water 💧
1 tsp corn starch
1 tsp monosodium glutamate
2 tbs oyster sauce
2 tbs fish sauce
1 tbs golden mountain seasoning sauce
1 tbs chicken bullion
2 tbs vegetable oil
Black pepper
Prep 🔪🍅🥩🧄🧅
Thinly slice your choice of beef
Dice 1 cup of tomato
Slice 1 cup of yellow onions
Chop 1 cup of green onions into 1-2 inches
Mince 2 tbs of garlic
Sauce/marinade 👇🏻
1/2 cup water
1 tsp monosodium glutamate
2 tbs oyster sauce
2 tbs fish sauce
1 tbs chicken bullion
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbs golden mountain seasoning sauce
Instructions 👇🏻
1. On high heat, add 2 tbs of oil to pan. When oil starts to sizzle, add in garlic and stir until fragrant.
2. Once the garlic is fragrant, add in beef. Cook/stir fry for 2-3 min.
3. Next add in tomato, and onions. Give it a stir.
4. Lastly, add in the Sauce. Green onions last. Combine well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Turn off the heat, plate it. Enjoy! 🤤🙌🏻🍚🍅
Note 📝 Best paired with Jasmine rice or glutinous sticky rice. I like to top mines with chili powder/hot sauce to bring out the heat 🔥🌶 and flavors.
