In this 35 minute BODYWEIGHT Workout we will be having a low impact workout focusing on the legs, upper body ( Mainly push movements ) and the abdominal. We will be having a 6x bundle of 3x movements for 2x rounds in a row. We will be performing each movement for 45 seconds and with 15 seconds rest between the movements and 20 seconds rest after each bundle.
Please make sure to do a proper warming up before starting the workout:

2. Push Up alt. Knee Tuck
3. Half Jackknife
2x Rounds
4. Toe Narrow Unlock Squats
5. Narrow / Wide Full Stop Push Ups
6. Windmill + Leg Raise
2x Rounds
7. Superman Lunge L
8. Superman Lunge R
9. High Plank Hip Drop Alt. Knee Pull Crunch
2x Rounds
10. Prisoner Good Morning to Squat (Rapid)
11. Half Push Up 5 sec Hold Hyperextension
12. Elbow lean Wide To leg Raise
2x Rounds
13. Side To Side Lateral Lunges
14. Grounded Scorpion Push Ups
15. Straight Leg Reach up Crunches
2x Rounds
16. Low hip alt. Reverse Cross Lunges
17. Reverse Plank Knee Tucks
18. High Drop Alt Knee Tuck Crunch
