There are some interesting strategies in the complex world of Tarkov. One revolves around sniper skill and could potentially save you hundreds of hours of grinding if done properly on your way to finish the Psycho Sniper task.

Mentor and Shooter Born in Heaven both give you Bonus Sniper skill Levels. But all level are not equal in Escape From Tarkov, so Turning in Shooter Born in Heaven and more importantly Mentor should be done at a specific time to get the most out of them.

If you do it too early, it'll cost you a lot of time grinding sniper skill, one of the more annoying skill progressions in the game which is required if your going to ever want to turn in the Psycho Sniper task.
