My name is Kai and I have Tourettes Syndrome, a neurological
disorder that causes someone to make involuntary movements and sounds.

A couple of days ago I was filming my unpacking process after moving out of my college dorm.

One time when I sat down to film I started ticcing heavily and almost sent myself into what is known as a tic attack, which is severely debilitating and painful for me.

In order to not set myself off the only editing done to this video is to cut out the time I was not in the room.

Please remember that anything said or done as a tic is involuntary and does not reflect me.
