This is a walk from Mavi Deniz hotel to the main town square. It is a small town with a few souvenir shops. This was during quiet season of May and it gets busy from end of June to August.
Marmaris is accessible and is only 20 minutes away and the best way to travel there is by a taxi boat see here of the beautiful views whilst travelling on the taxi boat;
