The Official PlayStation YouTube channel are listing WWE 2K22 for both PlayStation 4 AND PlayStation 5, with the thumbnail for the new WWE 2K22 Teaser Trailer using the PS5 graphics which are usually reserved for PS5 games.

The listing of both PS4 and PS5 could indicate that the game will be released on PS4 with backwards compatibility allowing it to be played on PS5, potentially with various enhancements if 2K opt to follow suit of other developers, or maybe we could see two separate versions of the game similar to WWE 2K15.

2K have yet to officially comment on which consoles WWE 2K22 will be released on, therefore until they do this potential leak from Sony is still classed as speculation.
