Marinade: salt, sugar, rice wine, pepper, soy cream
rape oil
tempura flour
pumpkin
paprika
leek
celery
bay leaves, cloves, star anise
Pak Choi
mushrooms
honey
soy sauce
00:00 Cut deer meat into cubes, make marinade of salt, sugar, rice wine, pepper, soy cream, heat plenty of canola oil for deep-frying, marinate deer and mix with tempura flour
02:42 Peel pumpkin and cut into cubes, cut green peppers into cubes, cut leek and celery in equal-sized chunks
04:36 fry marinated deer in hot canola oil, remove the meat and let drain on paper towels, heat canola oil in a pan and add the bay leaves, cloves and star anise, add celery and leek, coarsely cut pak choi and mushrooms and add to the vegetables, deglaze with rice wine
