What’s up, everybody? I hope you’re well. I wasn’t going to do a review of the Big Bar because I feel like I’ve been doing a lot of reviews lately, but I guess many of you appreciate me sharing my thoughts on all this home fitness equipment because I’ve had a couple dozen requests for a Big Bar review come through in the past 2 weeks alone. The Big Bar is one of the latest releases from BaseBlocks. It’s a full-size, freestanding pull up bar that’s solid, sturdy and built just as well as their other bars. It stands at 81" (206 cm) at its high setting. You can use it for everything from assisted pull ups to learning your muscle up, front lever and back lever. I cover the assembly, usage and storage in the video and share my thoughts on it.
