Meet Fjøsnisse - the Norwegian Santa. Fjøsnissen is an essential part of a real authentic Norwegian Christmas. A small, elf-liked creature can be spotted running across the farmyard in the Norwegian countryside around Christmas time.
It's a Norwegian tradition to bring a bowl of Nissegrøt, rice porridge, out to the barn for Fjøsnissen on Christmas Eve.
