This is an Automatic Liquid Packaging Line for Oils. This packaging line consists of the following machines:
● Automatic 6-Nozzle Mechanical Piston Filling Machine
● Automatic Rotary Screw Capping Machine with Manual Cap Placement
● Automatic Wrap-Around Labelling Machine
These machines can pack volumes ranging from 200 ml to 1,000 ml and a wider filling volume range can be obtained with the help of change parts.
The filling machine is a 6-Nozzle Automatic Piston Filler with Vertical Mechanical Syringes. The machine comes with an Electronic Control Panel. The machine is equipped with Dive-In Nozzles and offers a repeat filling accuracy of ± 1%.
The capping machine is an Automatic 1-Head Rotary Screw Capping Machine with Electronic Controls. The machine works on the Rotary Indexing principle.
The caps are manually placed on the bottles along the conveyor. The bottle with the cap is then indexed below the Cap Tightening Head where it is screwed and tightened as per the set torque. The machine is suitable for bottles and containers with volumes of up to 2,000 ml.
The labelling machine is an Automatic Wrap-Around Labelling Machine suitable for round bottles & containers. The labelling machine requires no change parts.
