Since the stranded ropeway rope at the Vinpearl-Cable Car in Vietnam reached the end of its service life unexpectedly, the customer opted for a high-quality steel wire rope from FATZER. Given the urgency of the order, our logistic-specialists decided to ship the two bobins with a total weight of 70 tons by air cargo with an Antonov-124 from Zürich Airport to Vietnam. The ø52mm stranded ropes with a total length of round about 7 km will replace the old haulage rope of the Vinpearl-Cable Car.
