This is a small video guide to where this chest is and how to get it opened for those who don't want to guess of course.

To kill the Golem that is already dead in this video (He'll be in the room with the rune protected chest), try and coax him to charge at you and when he does, smack him in the ass. You'll do extra damage and is less likely to block an attack in mid combo. Aard does not help much in this battle.

This is a very old video and I haven't played the enhanced edition so any of this could be inaccurate at this point.
