A great flavor apple/ black raspberry jelly. Its quick and easy to make. Canning is so much fun and it saves you money. Nothing like home made jelly!! Great on French toast too! You can save lots of money doing it yourself.

Ingredients
Apple 3 Pound, cored and peeled (Granny Smith Apple) 8
Cups
Apple juice/Water 1 Cup (16 tbs), divided
Black Raspberries 2 Cup (32 tbs), pureed
Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon, grounded
Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon, grounded
Lemon 1 , juiced
Sure gel 1 Packet
Sugar 8 Cup (128 tbs)
Butter 1 Tablespoon

Directions
GETTING READY
1. In a canner, pour in the water which should be 1 inch above the canning jars and boil. Fill the jars with water and place in microwave to increase the temperature of the jar.
2. In a blender, add in the apple and apple juice in batches and blend. Place in a large vessel.
3. Add in the pureed raspberries, followed by the cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon and sure gel.
MAKING
4. Place the vessel on the burner and whisk well. Add in the butter and whisk again until the mixture comes to a boil. Stir down the boiling mixture.
5. Gradually add in the sugar, while whisking continuously. Again bring for boil, stirring continuously for 1 minute.
6. Take out the jar from the microwave and drain the water.
7. Pour in the apple -- raspberry mixture, leaving the ¼ inch from the top. Clean the top with paper towel and place the lid.
8. Place the jars in the canner and cover with lid. Give jars water bath for 10 minutes.
9. Take out the jars from the canner and place over a wire rack. let it cool for 24 hours.
SERVING
10. Spread the jellies over the toast and serve.
