This gentle practice can be done standing or seated in a chair. We work slowly through the jaw, neck, shoulders, and upper back to release tension patterns, and help circulate healthy flowing chi around the upper body.
Suitable for all levels including beginners.
Qigong (or chi kung) is the sister practice of Tai Chi, and is a system of movements, meditations, and visualisations designed to help us better manage our own health, energy levels, well-being, and longevity.
In peace and kindness,
James 💜
