biarritz is a calm and elegant coastal city in the bay of biscay on the french basque coast. it's famous for its luxurious hotels and cafés visited by royals, but mainly for its surf schools and breathtaking atlantic beaches. it's located near the city of bayonne in pyrénées-atlantiques and is only a bus away from the spanish basque country and its beaches. biarritz is pure atlantic ocean paradise and my favorite city in france 💙
