So it's really simple...
- They key to getting a small waist isn't 1 hour a routines, or HIlT training
- You cannot TARGET your waist to lose fat either
-You must simply lose weight (IF YOU ARE OVERWEIGHT)
-if you hold fat around your waist the only way to make it less blocky is to lose the fat, and this can be done by a caloric deficit, which can be done by decreasing calories or increasing activity!
-NOTE if you naturally have wider bone structure losing weight WILL NOT HELP. But you can't judge you're bone structure properly until you lose the fat covering it! If you ARE NOT overweight there is no need to lose weight.
