Showing you how to complete the two-part quest for Kukajin in Lords of the Fallen (2023). The first part is freeing The Petrified Woman and the second part is killing bosses alongside Kukajin the Envenomed. Completing both parts rewards you with a pendant, catalyst, full armor set, weapon, shield, 3200 vigor and the achievement "A Trace of Venom."

If you've been stuck on this quest because of a bug, I'm happy to report that this has currently been fixed. Here's exactly what the developers have said and how to complete the quest:
"Fixed an issue with Kukajin's quest that could prevent players from finishing it. Please be aware that this change does not fix existing savegames automatically, you will need to defeat an additional boss where she can help, for it to be unlocked. It also prevents the bug from happening ever again."
