Soft Strawberry Jam Donuts

How to make donuts filled with jam (No Donut Cutter)
Homemade fluffy jelly doughnuts recipe

Soft Donut
1 egg
Warm milk 1/2 cup (120 ml)
Instant dry yeast 1/2 tbsp (5 g)
Sugar 2 tbsp (25 g)
All-purpose flour 2 cups (260 g)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Room temperature butter 2 tbsp (30 g)

Oil to fry donuts
Sugar to coat the donut
Powdered sugar to coat the donuts

Strawberry jam (jelly) to fill the donuts

This recipe makes 12 donuts
*Temperature of the oil should be about 170°C -180°C (338°F-356°F)*
