Welcome all to today's WOCY Daily Activity (9th February) where we're celebrating Qatar National Sports Day!
Qatar is one of the only countries which has a Sports Culture holiday, demonstrating the value they place on exercise - a healthy body, means a healthy community.
So, inspired by Qatar National Sports Day, I have a challenge for you today, to get moving for 5 minutes every hour. This can be a heart beating raising activity or even some stretching and I've included three chair yoga exercises to try and make it easier for you!
